A fishing boat in the harbor of the South Pacific island of Alotau in Melanesia is this week’s outtake from the book ‘Cruising the World.’

Alotau is an island in the Milne Bay province of Papua New Guinea that is a port for cruise ships, mainly from Australia, such as the Sea Princess seen in the background of the photo.
